Surgical Patient Care Coordinator
Wendy is the Surgical Patient Care Coordinator and welcoming face to all surgery patients at Maffi Clinics. She provides every surgical patient with an overview of Maffi and assists Dr. Maffi with each surgical consultation. With over 25 years of experience in the field of aesthetics, Wendy’s expertise is instrumental in guiding each patient’s surgical experience with the highest level of quality care.

Sunshine Coppock, RN, BSN
Clinical Practice Nurse + Laser Clinic Director
Sunshine is the Clinical Practice Nurse for the Surgery Clinic, seeing surgery patients both pre and post operatively, alongside Dr. Maffi. She is closely involved in each surgical patient’s post-operative recovery. With over 20 years of experience with lasers and laser treatments, she oversees the Laser Clinic, developing and implementing laser protocols and treatment plans. She is an active member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Aesthetic Injection Specialist
Kathy has been a practicing registered nurse for more than 25 years, exclusively practicing medical aesthetic nursing for over 20 years. She has extensive training on all FDA approved facial injectable products. She has worked as a clinical consultant for aesthetic companies focusing on peer to peer training and continues to train residents and nurses on the art of aesthetic injections.

Heather is a Board Certified Physician Assistant and Aesthetic Injection Specialist at Maffi Clinics. Her passion for art and medicine were perfectly combined when she started in a craniofacial practice in 2001. After graduating as a PA in 2005 she joined the Division of Plastic Surgery at Mayo Clinic Arizona and achieved rank of Assistant Professor.

In 2018, Nicole earned her Marketing degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Joining the Maffi Clinics team in 2020, she assumed a crucial role in overseeing various marketing aspects within the practice, as well as, at Dr. Maffi’s secondary location SkinCeuticals SkinLab by Maffi Plastic Surgery. Nicole is responsible for crafting and coordinating content across diverse digital platforms and all internal marketing materials. Working collaboratively with the Director of Operations and the entire Maffi staff, she contributes to actualizing the brand and visions of Maffi Clinics.
