Dr. Maffi completed his plastic surgery fellowship training at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He joined Dr. Jack A. Friedland, an internationally recognized plastic surgeon in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Maffi also performed facial reconstruction on trauma and burn patients, working with one of the premier facial reconstructive surgeons in the nation. These experiences advanced his expertise in facial anatomy and the intricacies of facial surgical techniques.
In 2007, Dr. Maffi launched Maffi Plastic Surgery, his private practice in the heart of Paradise Valley, Arizona. Recognizing that surgery is just one component of facial rejuvenation, Dr. Maffi dedicated himself to gaining expertise in both the surgical and non-surgical components of aesthetics. This comprehensive approach led to the expansion of his practice to include facial, body, and breast plastic surgery, as well as non-surgical services including injectables, laser treatments, and advanced skincare.
