Is there a membership fee?
There is no membership fee to become a REFINE member.
How do I become a REFINE member?
To become a REFINE member you must schedule a consultation with a Maffi Clinic provider and create your personalized treatment plan. REFINE Membership begins at the time of your first treatment within this plan.
Can I do a combination of services from the Skin Clinic, Laser Clinic and Injection Clinic?
Yes, you can create a treatment plan with services from each of the clinics. You will meet with your provider from each clinic to discuss your aesthetic goals, select the services and create a customized treatment plan that works for you.
What if I want to change my treatment plan?
You can change your plan at any time! If you have a special event, reunion, or wedding and want to add services or adjust the timing of your current plan, just schedule an appointment with your provider to discuss your current goals. REFINE is designed for you! You are not committed to a plan with services that you will not use.
How do I keep track of my REFINE membership account?
Our treatment program and membership plan are powered by the HintMD app. One of our REFINE Concierges will help you download the app to your smartphone when you become a REFINE member. The app will track your membership plan including your account history, treatment schedule and upcoming payments. Two weeks prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a text message reminder. We will not text you for marketing purposes. You can opt out at any time.
What are Loyalty Rewards?
As part of the REFINE membership, you earn Loyalty Rewards, which may include services or promotions. Loyalty Reward services are automatically added to your plan every 6 months. Any reward you earn will expire on the date stated in the reward. If no date is stated, then the reward will expire one year from the date that you earn it. Only current and active REFINE members receive Loyalty Rewards.
How do I pay for my REFINE treatments and services?
After creating your customized treatment plan, one of our REFINE Concierges will review the type, frequency, cost of the service, and calculate the monthly payment of your treatment plan. Using your payment method of choice (credit card/debit card), you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly for the amount required under your membership plan including any late fees or similar costs. Your monthly membership fee may increase or decrease as you add or reduce the number or type of treatments in your plan. Payments will appear on your bank statement as HintMD.
How do I schedule my appointments?
Our REFINE Concierges will assist you in scheduling your appointments. With the convenient app, you will receive a text message reminder 2 weeks prior to your appointment. If you do not have an appointment already scheduled with your provider, simply contact Maffi Clinics to schedule.
What happens if I miss a scheduled appointment?
If you are unable to make your appointment, your payments will be “banked” in your REFINE account. These will continue to accrue monthly. Once you have received your treatment or service, these payments will be applied.
Can I apply my Brilliant Distinctions and Aspire points?
Brilliant Distinction and Aspire points can be applied for any qualifying treatments on your membership. The REFINE Concierge will assist you in applying these to your REFINE account at the time of check out.
Is the Surgery Clinic included in the plan?
The Maffi Surgery Clinic is not a part of the REFINE membership program at this time.
