Morpheus8 is safe for all skin types. The treatment is ideal for the following categories:

- Maintenance: For those patients who have undergone a facelift, Morpheus8 is ideal for individuals wanting to support and maintain their surgical results.
Prior to your treatment, numbing cream is applied to the skin 45 – 60 minutes before your scheduled appointment. After cleansing the face, the Morpheus8 handheld device moves across the skin. The tip of the device has tiny needles similar to a microneedling pen. The needles penetrate the skin creating microchannels that deliver the radiofrequency energy. The treatment itself lasts 30 – 45 minutes depending on the treatment area.
As a nonsurgical treatment there is little downtime with a Morpheus8 treatment. You should be able to return to work the day after the procedure. Makeup can be applied 1 – 2 days after the treatment. Some patients see micro lesions a few days after the treatment, slight redness can last up to 1 week.
Immediately after the treatment a nourishing serum will be applied. A light moisturizer can be applied to the treatment area once the microchannels have healed, generally in 1 – 3 days. A broad spectrum sunscreen should be applied daily.
Visible results from a Morpheus8 treatment can be seen within a few days with improvements in skin quality and texture. The most noticeable results occur 3 – 4 weeks after the treatment. Improvements continue for up to 3 months from the increased collagen production.
While benefits can be seen from one Morpheus8 treatment, for maximum results, we recommend three treatments spaced 4 – 6 weeks apart. Full benefits from Morpheus8 continue for several months as collagen and elastin continue to be stimulated. To maintain results, schedule 1 – 2 Morpheus8 treatments a year.
