Breast Augmentation
This is a 24-year old patient who wished to undergo breast enhancement. She was originally a B cup bra size and wished to increase her breasts size, while maintaining a very natural look. She underwent an augmentation mammoplasty (placement of breast implants) using smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel filled breast implants, placed underneath the muscle. The implant size was 304 cc on both the right and left side. The patient’s bra size was a C cup after surgery and she was happy with the moderate size increase.
Breast Augmentation
This is a 32-year old woman who wished to undergo breast enhancement. Her goal was to have natural appearing breasts, with better shape and contour so that she would look more proportionate and fill out clothing more appropriately. She underwent an augmentation mammoplasty (placement of breast implants) utilizing smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel filled breast implants, placed underneath the muscle. The implant size was 339 cc on both the right and left side. The patient was very pleased with the results and felt that her aesthetic goals were met.
Breast Augmentation
This is a 36-year old mother of three who felt that breast feeding has left her with extremely small breasts. She desired to have the same size breasts she had prior to her pregnancies. Dr. Maffi recommended an augmentation mammoplasty (placement of breast implants) utilizing smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel filled breast implants. The implant size was 371 cc on both the right and left side. The patient is very pleased with the results and is much happier with her appearance in a bathing suit and clothing.

She wished to increase her breast size while maintaining a very natural look. The implant size was 339 cc on both the right and left side. The patient was very happy with her results.

Breast Augmentation
This is a 52-year old woman who had previous breast augmentation surgery. She felt that over time her breasts had become “droopy” and asymmetrical. To address her concerns Dr. Maffi recommended a mastopexy (breast lift/reshaping) and breast implant exchange. The patient underwent surgery without any complications and is very happy with the “perkier”, shapelier appearance of her breasts.
Mastopexy and Breast Augmentation
This is a 56-year old woman who wished for her breasts to appear “perkier” and rounder. The patient also stated that she wanted a slight reduction in her breast size. Dr. Maffi recommended a mastopexy (breast lift/reshaping) and augmentation mammoplasty (placement of breast implants) utilizing silicone gel filled breast implants. The implant size was 213 cc on both the left and the right. The patient was extremely happy with the improvement in her shape and size.
Breast Implant Exchange and Mastopexy
This is a 73-year old woman who had breast implants placed several years in the past. She felt that, over time, her breasts became “droopy” and she wished to improve upon their contour and shape. She underwent a mastopexy (breast lift/reshaping) and breast implant exchange. The implants utilized were smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel filled implants, placed underneath the muscle. The implant size was 397 cc on both the right and left side. After surgery, she was very pleased with the results and felt that her aesthetic goals were met.
Mastopexy Augmentation
This is a 50-year old patient who had undergone prior breast augmentation and lift by another plastic surgeon. Overtime, her implants had created too much fullness at the bottom of the breasts. She wished to have a breast revision surgery to exchange her saline implants and improve the shape. She underwent breast implant exchange with mastopexy (breast lift) and her results left her with “perkier” and rounder breasts. She was very happy with her results. Please note that her scars are still red from surgery and will fade with over time.
Breast Reduction
This is a 20-year old young woman who did not like the large size of her breasts. She had difficulty fitting into swim suits and other clothing, and felt that her large breasts interfered with her sports and other activities. She underwent a breast reduction in order to decrease the size of her breasts and to give her better shape and contour. After surgery, she was very pleased with her results and felt much more comfortable with her appearance. She is now much more confident about her appearance and is able to wear clothing that was not possible when her breast were extremely large.
