Blepharoplasty
This is a 50-year old patient who wished to rejuvenate her eyes. She had significant bags under her eyes and was constantly being asked if she was tired. Dr. Maffi recommended both an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) to help the patient achieve a more “refreshed” look. After surgery, the patient recovered very well is happy with her results. That patient stated that a lot of her friends have commented on how “well rested” she looks.

This is a 36-year old relatively young woman who wished to improve the appearance of her eyes. The patient was concerned with the excess skin on her upper and lower eyelids, which she attributes to genetics. She underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) which helped give her a much more “refreshed” look. The patient is very pleased with her results.

Neck Lift

She felt that her upper eyelids had become quite heavy. She underwent a facelift and upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) which helped give her a much more “refreshed” and “well rested” look. The patient still has fullness in her lower eyelids but did not want to undergo a lower blepharoplasty. However, she was still very pleased with her results.

This is a 44-year old patient who was unhappy with the excess skin and fullness of her neck. She was also concerned about the signs of again on her face. She underwent a neck lift and laser resurfacing to rejuvenate the appearance of her face and neck. The patient recovered very well, with no complications. She has a dramatic improvement in her neck line and is very happy with her results.
Rhinoplasty
This is a 41-year old woman who was very concerned about the large hump on the bridge of her nose. She wished to have a slight “scoop” to the profile of her nose as well. The patient underwent a rhinoplasty (nose surgery) without any complications and is very happy with her results.

This is a 61-year old man who felt that as he aged he was losing definition in his neck. Dr. Maffi recommended a partial neck lift to deliver a more refined and masculine neck line. The patient recovered from surgery very well is extremely happy with his results.
Rhinoplasty
This is a 23-year old woman who was unhappy with the “hump” on her nose as seen from her profile. The patient expressed a desire to soften the overall look of her nose. Dr. Maffi performed a rhinoplasty (nose surgery) to create the contour she desired. The patient is very pleased with her results.
Rhinoplasty
This is a 25-year old young woman who was unhappy with the large bump on her nose. She stated that it was most noticeable from the side view. The patient expressed a desire to correct the contour of her nose. Dr. Maffi performed a rhinoplasty (nose surgery) using an “open” method. During the open method, a small incision is made at the base of the nose in between the nostrils, allowing greater access for reshaping the cartilage. Although her results were subtle, it contributed to a marked improvement in her appearance and she is extremely happy.
Rhinoplasty
This is a 20-year old young woman who was unhappy with the contour of her nose, particularly with the “hump” as seen from her profile. The patient expressed a desire to soften the overall look of her nose. Dr. Maffi performed her rhinoplasty (nose surgery) using an “open” method. During the open method, a small incision is made at the base of the nose in between the nostrils, allowing greater access for reshaping the cartilage. The patient recovered from surgery quickly with no complications. She is so pleased with her results that she wished she had undergone surgery sooner.

This is a 38-year old woman who was unhappy with the excessive fullness of her nose. She wanted better definition of the tip of her nose and desired to have a smoother contour. Dr. Maffi recommend a rhinoplasty (nose surgery) to create the shape she desired. The patient recovered from surgery well and is very pleased that her aesthetic goals were met.
